EX PROVINCE SICILIA, 80 MILIONI PER CHIUDERE BILANCIO 2020 GRAZIE A EMENDAMENTO VARRICA AL MILLEPROROGHE

È stato approvato l'emendamento al Milleproroghe che permetterà alle ex Province Regionali siciliane di approvare il bilancio annuale 2020 (e non triennale). Primo firmatario dell'emendamento è il parlamentare nazionale del Movimento 5 Stelle Adriano Varrica.

“Si tratta di un riparto di fondi strutturali che gli enti potranno utilizzare anche nei prossimi anni - spiega Varrica - Con il mio emendamento siamo riusciti a stanziare 80 milioni di euro di contributo statale come perequazione per il prelievo forzoso a cui sono soggetti gli enti siciliani. Alla città metropolitana di Palermo andranno 17,7 milioni. A quella di Catania 16,26 milioni, Messina 10,40 milioni, Siracusa 7,15 milioni, Agrigento 7,14, Trapani 6,75  milioni, Ragusa 5,55 milioni, Caltanissetta 4,9 milioni e a Enna 4 milioni. Questo provvedimento - ha concluso Varrica - è un ulteriore passo verso il risanamento delle ex province siciliane”.

ROMA, 12 febbraio - “E’ stato approvato nel decreto Milleproroghe l’emendamento che stanzia per il 2020 ben 20 milioni di euro come sostegno ‘tampone’ ai lavoratori delle imprese del settore dei call center. Era nostro dovere dare un segnale di attenzione, in attesa di soluzioni strutturali, ai lavoratori del comparto, come quelli di Almaviva, che da mesi vivono un futuro incerto”. Lo dichiarano in una nota i parlamentari nazionali del Movimenti 5 Stelle Davide Aiello, Roberta Alaimo, Valentina D’Orso, Filippo Perconti e Adriano Varrica.
“Al tavolo ministeriale, insieme alle parti interessate, - spiegano i parlamentari Cinquestelle - la contrattazione prosegue per definire il futuro del settore. Il M5S segue con la massima attenzione la crisi di Almaviva con l’obiettivo di tutelare i lavoratori, in sinergia con il Ministero del lavoro”.

Il Comune di Cancello ed Arnone si candida per accedere ai fondi proponendo a finanziamento il progetto per l’attuazione dei lavori di riqualificazione e rifunzionalizzazione del campo sportivo “Pasquale Galasso” per un importo complessivo di 60.000 euro.

Con apposito deliberato, la Giunta Comunale ha approvato lo studio di fattibilità tecnico economico per i lavori di riqualificazione degli spogliatoi e per la realizzazione di un campetto per l’allenamento. 

“Abbiamo subito colto questa opportunità - spiega il vicesindaco avv. Angelo Caputo - perché è nostro intento promuovere l’attività sportiva sul territorio comunale, mettendo a disposizione dei cittadini di Cancello ed Arnone, e non solo, strutture che favoriscano lo svolgimento di attività agonistiche e amatoriali”.

Roma, 11 febbraio 2020 – Avere l’asma e fare sport? Si può fare. Parola dei pediatri di famiglia, ogni giorno impegnati a riconoscere tempestivamente la malattia, a gestirla, in collaborazione con i centri di riferimento quando è grave, e a rendere tutto questo compatibile con la crescita di un bambino, che vuol dire anche sana attività sportiva. L’adesione alla campagna “Ho l’asma e faccio sport” va proprio in questa direzione. “In età pediatrica l’asma bronchiale è la più comune malattia cronica” ricorda il Presidente della Federazione Italiana Medici Pediatri Paolo Biasci, in occasione del convegno organizzato oggi presso il Ministero della Salute per la XXVII Giornata Mondiale del Malato. Arrivano a due/tre per classe i piccoli affetti da quella che è una patologia respiratoria in costante crescita, vuoi per reazioni allergiche a pollini, polveri, acari, muffe, epiteli di animali, vuoi per fattori infettivi, chimici, ambientali o reazioni da sforzo. Fare sport per questi bambini e adolescenti non solo è possibile, ma è necessario al loro benessere psico-fisico. Noi pediatri di famiglia facciamo la nostra parte, ma dobbiamo essere messi nelle condizioni di intercettare la malattia prima possibile, con strumenti diagnostici essenziali come lo spirometro e le prove allergiche cutanee ( skin prick test)”.

“Mi spingerei a dire che l’attività fisica per un bambino asmatico è un diritto – afferma il Vice-Presidente FIMP Antonio D’Avino – anche se in alcuni casi rischia di essere un obiettivo non raggiunto. Come pediatri di famiglia siamo i primi a dovercene responsabilmente occupare. Ma non tutti disponiamo della stessa tecnologia e di medesimi percorsi: sull’asma in età pediatrica i PDTA (Percorsi Diagnostico-Terapeutici Assistenziali) sono a macchia di leopardo sul territorio nazionale. Un percorso clinico omogeneo ci aiuterebbe invece nella gestione ottimale dei casi di asma non grave e nell’attivazione di una collaborazione strutturata e condivisa con i livelli superiori, nei casi più severi”.

Ma come rendere compatibili asma e sport e quali sono le discipline più indicate per chi soffre di questa malattia? Per Mattia Doria, Segretario Nazionale alle Attività Scientifiche ed Etiche della FIMP, “il paziente asmatico che pratica attività fisica deve compiere un’adeguata preparazione e può aver bisogno di una terapia di fondo e/o di una premedicazione.
